Aidan Goodall
Founder, Oakburn SamuelAidan found his calling to Executive Search later in his career. After completing his Bsc in Mathematics in 2005 at the University of Hertfordshire, Aidan completed the graduate training programme at Enterprise rent-a-car and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. This gave full P&L responsibility as well as man management skills. He then went on to work in sales and training for a large tobacco manufacturer, before beginning his Executive Search career in 2016. Aidan has made placements in numerous countries within Healthcare, Engineering and Construction. He founded Oakburn Samuel in 2023, focusing on senior placements within Senior Living.
Samonu Mwando
Director, Oakburn SamuelSamonu Mwando has worked with healthcare for the past 20 years. Since discovering the healthcare market it has become his passion on how valuable helping the elderly, people with mental health has such a big impact in our current society. He started off working in the UK market for care homes, private mental hospitals, and general hospitals. After working in the US market with successful recruitment firms Goodall Brazier, Alexnader Rose and Redford Hearth, Samonu is now proud to be Director at Oakburn Samuel.
